Can anyone tell me where I can enter META information using Webdwarf?

I am not sure abbout WD but if WD works in a similar manner as SS then you find it in Page Editor > Title, Meta Tags.

In WD, use the main menu > Object > Page Editor > Title tab. You can enter only a Page Title here -- the important one. If you want Meta Tags in your header, you will have to add them after you publish the page.
