Hello
Ive had a look at your FAQs and am kinda inbetween some of the answers...... Purchased Site Spinner 2-3 years ago and have happily used it to continuously refresh our website content... UNTIL... ... computer melted (not SS fault!). Have taken hard drive out and bunged in new computer but SS wont fire up (says there is some DLL missing)... ... so downloaded new Trial SS from your site just so could do our latest content renew... Now do I pay for new upgrade to continue?... or are we covered by original purchase?... Was at uni when purchased so original address and email may be different. Thanks PS. Lots of good handy new bits on new one... we like the justify button to spread txt across the cell width (we used to have to type the 'justify' code each time to do this). What would you have us do? Cheers Stephenn |

Have you tried using your old registration numbers? I think three-year old ones may still be valid.
If you have lost those too, see this FAQ. |

Thanks.
The forms require the email that was used at time of purchase..... Ive tried the ones I still use but to no avail. Since leaving uni I have lost use of several other possible emails. would the program on my original hard drive carry the reg numbers/key if I were to search it?? thanks stephenn |

No, the program displays only one part of the registration number -- the number is in two parts.
All you can do now (apart from buying a new license!) is contact VM with as many details about your purchase as you can muster, including those old email addresses. |
