I'm having trouble uploading my webpages that I've built using Webdwarf. The files are saved as .ims files. My host says it should be index.html. When I click on publish in the program itself, it won't transfer anything. Anyone else have this problem?

By reading some other posts, i did figure out how to get my home page posted. However, it doesn't link to my other pages. I have the link set up as http://www.gatewayvirtualmarketing.com/services.html
Is this correct? I know that webdwarf will only allow one page per project. Is this causing the problem?

As I understand in WebDwarf every page (with different page name) is one project: From what I can see your links don't seem to be correct, when in Link Editor > Link Type: blank URL to link to: ../services.htm , ../about.html, etc.
