Site Spinner loads but when I try to do something it keeps saying program not responding.I want to purchase this program after trial but I want it to work.

What are you trying to do? I'd suggest loading the tutorials and work your way through them.

If SS appears to be unstable, I'd try doing an uninstall and then reinstall it.

Yes, Kirk is correct. It sounds more like a system problem, such as a registry issue, rather than a Site Spinner problem.

I also suggest you completely uninstall Site Spinner then reinstall.

If you have already saved any projects, save and move them to a safe location so that you can access them after reinstalling.

The project files have an IMS extension. If you are not sure where you have saved them, do a search for Files or Folders using the *.ims option.

You may be doing some operation that requires a lot of time. Examples that come to mind are lots of large layered images, and extrusions (Vertex Editor).

You could confirm this possibility by leaving SS for half an hour or more. If it eventually becomes active again, it will be something in the project you are working on.

If the tutorials work OK for you, that would be added confirmation.
