WebDwarf-v2 is a great little application, but even for free, if it doesn't do what it claims ... well, what's the point.

Anyway, for some odd reason, "Object Bar" is grayed out in my Toolbar Options, which, I am guessing, is why I cannot accomplish any sort of "drag & drop" with images, etc.

As a developer myself, I can only assume three possible reasons this could be so ...

1) The vendor only uses the "100% Drag and Drop" feature as a freebie bait, but you must pay money for full features. [Certainly hope this isn't the case];
2) It's simply a bug;
3) Some other (non help-covered) settings/criteria must be met before the Object Bar can be shown.

None of these scenarios seem very promising, but if anybody could share some insight on this dilemma, I'd sure appreciate it. With any luck, it's just another matter of "operator error". Thanks.

Hello Mikey,

I'll respond to your post and your email here. When we claim that WebDwarf is a drag-and-drop webpage editor, we are referring to it's ability to drag and drop objects within the work-window. Apple may have coined the term to refer to the ability to drag and drop objects between apps, however, in our experience it has become standard practice to refer to wysiwyg editor as also drag and drop, simply because most users know intuitively what drag and drop means over wysiwyg.

Having said that, the ability to drag objects (such as images) from outside the application directly into it is high on our list of enhancements.
