I would like to know what files I need to copy
or backup to run SS at two differnet locations.
I do most of the website work at home but I would like to also update the site at the shop.
So I need to make backups from one place to another. What would be the best way?

You will need a copy of your SS project and all the images and external media files that you use in that project.

I might add that you will also need to have all of those images and external media files in exactly the same position within the file structure of each machine.
