I am trying to arrange a submitable form for reservations could someone give me a little advice ,I followed the hints on site spinner but not sure which form I should use the submit and text box are ok but does this fit into another box to caontain all

I am not quite sure what you are asking, but...

a "form" is actually a control structure comprised of form objects (button, text, text area, select list, etc.). These form objects are assigned to a "form" by name so all the entered info can be gathered and processing by a common script.

While the form objects can be placed anywhere on the page, they are often placed next to each other in a logical sequence so the user is able to tab to the next entry field.

I would like to have a page called reservations, on this page there would be a question , "your email adress" with a text box to reply , also "how many nights will you be staying" with atext box to reply and for instance "arrival and departure dates" below a submit form. My question is once the areas are filled in and the submit button is pressed willthis send me all the info

A good place to start is SS Tutorials > Introduction to Forms and Using Forms. Another way of creating forms is Webformdesigner a very useful free software.
