Does anyone know of any free, online programs that would allow you to create your own online employment application that could be completed online and then when it was printed, the information would be arranged just like a paper application?

Thanks, I currently use the WebFormDesigner. The problem is the way it produces the information when it is submitted. It is very difficult to review. Was hoping there was something else out there.
