I have been using this program for almost a year. And I have navigated it with ease. Now all of a sudden I find I cannot add new text to my index page. I can add it,,but it wont preview and of course it won't show up on the published project. It is not a font color issue. I don't have any locks on it ( I don't think) Need help with this issue.. need to add something Asap.. Thanks for any help I can get

Try sending your new text object "To Back", or as far to the back as you can -- buttons on the bottom toolbar.

If it works there but not "To Front" where you probably have it now, suspect errors in some of the other code. This will likely be in a Code Object and something you may have added recently.

Edit > Clean Components may help too.

Ok it does show up when moved to rear. But I tried the Clean Components and that did not repair. Where do I go or how do I find the code error?? Would it be something I added on the Index page only. If so I could start removing items until my add text issue is working.

Yes it's probably some code you added to your Index page. As you said yourself, removing one item at the time until the text issue is working is a good way to find the offensing object.

If you can upload a copy of the problem page (under a different name if you don’t want to replace your current index page), someone here can look at your source code and hopefully detect the error.
