I downloaded the trial version of Site Spinner, and so far I’m very impressed.
Anyway, is it my imagination, or do the “global changes” ware off if you add another page? Let me clarify. Lets say I’ve got three pages, and I add a logo. I right click on the logo and “Include on all pages.” Now, if I move the logo, it moves in all screens, like it should. If I add a fourth page (by Copying Page and then Paste/Include Page) and then move the logo on any one page, and the logo suddenly forgets it was once associated with the others and only moves on that one page. What’s up with that? What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance, Dave Disclaimer: excuse the ignorance, I’m new to this. |

Oh, I think I've got it figured out now. It all came down to the Page Copy Method in the Object's Editor. (Or at least I think that's what my malfunction was).

Hi Novice Dave,
You sorta got it. If you add another page to your site what you want to do is select the object, go to the new page and select Edit > Include > Include this page. If you just 'copy' the object then it won't effect, or be effected by any changes that are made to it. - Derry |
