I think my page loads slow about 8 seconds and all the graphics and buttons load one after the other and I would like it to load all at once you know just appear all at once. Is there a way I can get it to do this?

That depends on how you use the images on your page. Can you post a link? Have you optimized your images for loading?

Except for your video, your page loads within 2-3 sec for me. The video however, takes about 10 sec which is odd since it is not that big. You have keyed it to load in QuickTime which is not set as my player, so this may be a browser issue on my end.

I see that you have let SiteSpinner use the default setting of PNG for its generated graphics (your title objects). You can set them to be created in GIF and should see much smaller file sizes which will give you faster page loading.

I also noticed some images missing on your page. When you publish, check the status window to make sure everything is being uploaded and that no errors occur.

Is there a way to make everthing load at once instead of the way it does one item after another?

Not easily. It would require a big shift in your design and some javascript; I do not think it would be worth the trouble and it would make page changes harder to maintain.
