I have Incredimail on my comp, which i cannot delete due to having so many things saved on it, which has the sanme extension as Site Spinner = .ims

I want my site saved as a html site, how can i do this without uninstalling IM?

publish it ... publish project.. u will have all your site published in a folder you chose

other way .. use save as .. and put it like this ... urProject.anything.. (anything could be .smi)
