On my Website - KaraSing.net is a form that sends an e-mail back to me when the singers fill in the info. However the form is supplied by my web host Hypermart and at the end it returns to a Hypermart Page. This is unacceptiable. I need the same form to just go back to my home page... so how do I create this form using site spinner pro? I need to do this as quickly as possible (which is totally my problem).
I assume that the form you are referring to is the guest book. You can create this kind of form using SS, see the Tutorials on forms here or you can create a form using WebFormdesigner and easily incorporate in in SS.
NO, not the guestbook (but that would work). In the middle of the page is a button that says 'Click for 2009 Diva Show'. That button takes you to a page with a form on it. That form collects data and e-mails it to me. That is the one I was speaking of. I will check the tutorial... ... I will also look at the WebFormDesigner. In about 3 hours, 100,000 people are about to get an e-mail telling them to go to this site.
The only form I see on that page is a hypermart formsender.html. I am not familiar with hypermart but if you want something that you can control yourself I think it's necessary for you to create the form either using SS or a software like WebFormDesigner. Maybe somebody else can come up with a better solution.
You might try the FREE web form creator and host EmailMeForm out of Romania in Eastern Europe. EmailMeForm is used by Blogger and FaceBook. It runs independent of your host.
Once the form on my website is filled in, and the correct Captcha is typed in by the user (yes, it even offers Captchas), the user is taken back to my home page instead of a thank you page... but if I remember correctly you just have to have a thank you page set up, and enter it's URL into the form wizard while creating your form.
It's really a pretty cool tool and service. Take a look at it here...
Forgot to mention that once you have created the form in EmailMeForm, you have to copy the code that is generated for you and import it into SS as "code" (use the "code" button on the left tool bar, to the left of "text" and below "title").
I did my forms while using a different development tool that allowed me to actually insert directly into the HTML, so I'm NOT SURE how this process works in SS.
Go, sign up, create the form, get the code, then ask someone here exactly how to get it into SS.
If it's a short form it should only take a couple minutes. Tip... leave out any "required" fields.

Whatever html or javascript code you use it should be incorporated in SS using a code object. The usual trouble is to connect the html form with the php or asp script that is supposed to reside on the server.
If you wanted to continue using your present form, yet another option is change the Action field to point at your own script. For the starting point of such a script See Help > Load Tutorials > FormMail > "Subscribe to our newsletter example".

According to the Support FAQs for your host (http://hypermart.com/knowledgebase/read_article.bml?kbid=1260 ), you can use Matt's send mail script which is available in their Scripts Archive. This is a commonly used form mail script.
You guys are the BOMB! The best decision that I made was to buy SiteSpinner Pro so that I can have access to you all. I took Klimt's advice a and used webformdesigner. It worked like a charm. Also I just set up a page (which I am about to ask about) with a thank you. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. You Guys ROCK!!!! Thanks a million!
