I'm in need of help creating a form and then instead of submitting it to me by e-mail I'd like the viewer to continue to the another page so the viewer can verify that the information they entered is correct. Thank you in advance,

That would require a server-side script. In other words, it is not something you could do with a web editor, rather you would need a program that would run where your website is hosted. You may want to ask your webhost if they have something like that.
