No, you cannot.

Site Spinner and Web Dwarf or programs to generate HTML files, and do not become HTML until you publish.

If you want to use contents of an HTM or HTML page in either program, you can copy and paste, or drag and drop items from the HTML onto your workpage.

Internally, SiteSpinner uses a special format, not HTML. If I gave you a RAD2009 Delphi project, you would not be able to open it with your Delphi 5 - same concept.
