Hello,

Can anyone help me with this problem? My website works fine in Firefox and Explorer, but not Safari. I have a flash opening page and you then enter the site from it, which is non-flash. In Safari, you cannot enter the site. Here it is:

www.gannonrossdesigns.com

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it....my client is getting impatient!

Thank you!

I didn't have any problems loading or entering your site using Safari 4.0.2 (530.19.1).

I did notice you appear to be using an older version of SS Pro (v291). Version 291c has been out for awhile now.

Cea,

Just wanted to say that your website is great. There's nothing I can do to help you cause I'm too new, and Flash is way out of my league at this point... but cool site... I would love to do stuff like that!!

Hi Kirk,

Yes, I cannot get it to work in Safari version.3.0. Do you think it would help if I updated Sitespinner to the latest version? I didn't realize there was another version available.

I don't know for sure that it would make any difference to update to the latest SS, but it couldn't hurt since you're entitled. You might also want to update to the latest Safari (4.0.x) since I see you're using version 3.0. That might be an issue. You have a note on your flash page that your site is compatible with 4.0 and higher.

Does anyone else here have problems getting into Cea's site using Safari?

Meant to ask OS the Cea is running. I always forget that there are Macs out there even though that's what my oldest son uses.

Hi Kirk,

Yes I am on a MAC, and it is version 10.5.5 so it will not accept Safari version 4.0 (will only work with 10.5.7 and higher). So, it's a bit of a conundrum!
