I am a new user to sitespinner and am looking for the command to place images on a loop so a new images appears every say 4 seconds.

Is there any feature I can use to achieve this?

SS itself doesn't directly provide the capabilities you're looking for, but if you browse here you can probably find something you can integrate that will do what you would like.
