I want to install SiteSpinnerV2 on removal disk (USB), but I didn’t succeed to do it, because is directly install it on the local disk (C), in the installation process I don’t have the option to choose where I want to install the software, so how I can to install it in removal disk?

There is an option during installation to "Select Installation Folder", and there you should be able to set the E: drive or whatever letter your USB drive has.

However there are registry settings involved as well, which means that the install makes changes to the Windows Registry on your install computer.

In turn this means that although you should be able to run the USB SiteSpinner on the install computer, you won't be able to run it on another computer. It's probably not impossible if you were prepared to do some kind of install process on the other computer as well.
