I new it was to good to be true Frown

Appended all the pages fine no prblem there.
shut down sitespinner.
I then made a backup of all the pages, (just in case)

restarted sitespinner, loaded index.ims, which had all the 12 pages showing in the drop down scene select menu,

went through all the links on index page, linking them to their correct pages,
ie: click on graphic, quick properties, link, page, then correct page.

once all the links were done saved index.ims as index.ims.

repeated the same proceed for all 12 pages in website, saving after each page completion, tested project, and everylink worked fine.

Set out to publish to a folder on hard drive,
made a folder, chose publish, it reported no errors,

went to test, chose index and No links were working.

started site spinner, loaded index.ims looked at the links, and not one was connected.

So went about the whole process again, saving each page after doing links, tested the project, once again links worked fine,

cleaned out my temp folder, published to temp folder, and yes, no links worked yet again FrownFrown

Question after doing all the linking and testing, should I then save the index.ims again, as if it was saving the whole project?ugh all the linking on th

In answer to my own question yes, yes , yes,

re-did all the links on all the pages, went back to index and saved again, and it works after pubishing to hard drive.

So will upload after lunch, *how many times have I said that Smile

Sure, I don't mean I wouldn't use one. I just can't offer any suggestions.

Cheers,

AndyP,

Thats the one I went for in the end,

the Paw path, I could say it took hours of hard work Smile It did'nt I cheated and downloaded it of the web a couple of years ago, for my old website, its just a animated gif,Quite effective though,

Just like my real cats when I'm trying to read the paper, they just walk over it.

hope you enjoyed the site.

Nice site lawman, you've done a great job, I've been using a very old version of Web Dwarf, for about 3 years, and have recently bought Site Spinner. so I'm looking forward to playing with the new programme, and trying out the new bells & whistles....Good luck with your Website....
Cheers
