I bought my VM product (Site Spinner V2) from SWREG on 4/22/2004. I have the order number and key. How do I transfer the files to my new machine and install the program. I only use SS once a year and this is that time of year.

You just need to download SS from VM site here on your new PC and enter your product key.

Installing the new version will install all of the files you need to run the program.

The only other files you will need are the actual project files, which will have a file extension of .ims

You will also have to transfer any images and/or external files that were used in any of the above projects.

If you don’t put these files in exactly the same file path as they were on your old machine, you will need to use the “New Dir” option of the Geometry Editor so as SS can relocate them.
