The easiest way to send your page as an email is to Publish it to your webhost first, view the page in your webbrowser, and then use your webbrowser to send the page through your email application (in Internet Explorer, go to File > Send > Page by Email).

If you are using newsletter software or a service provider to distribute your newsletter, then with SiteSpinner or Web Engine you can create the HTML code to send a webpage as newsletter. Do the following:

Before you can send the page as newsletter you first need to Publish it to a webhost - do the following: once you have finished your page, go to the Publisher > Pages tab. Check 'Add Base' and enter the website address where your page is to be Published to (ex. http://www.mywebsite.com).

Next, Publish your page to your webhost (be sure to use the Gather option). The next thing to do is to try to view your page through your browser - enter the path to the webpage in your browser's Address bar (ex. http://www.mywebsite.com/mypage.html ). If the images are missing then check that you entered the correct website address. If it looks OK in your browser move on to the next step.

In your browser, select 'View Source' (this shows the HTML of the page). Copy and then paste this HTML code into your newsletter software or to your newsletter service provider. Be sure to run a check email to yourself to verify that all the images are appearing.

Keep in mind that some of the free, older versions of the browser-based email services do not always display HTML email correctly. Avoid 'centering' your email/newsletter page. Also, avoid 'grouping' objects.
