I don't actually think this is a bug with web engine, but anyway here goes.
I am working on a site and this is what my page looks like in the project window This is what it looks like in firefox And this is what it looks like in Internet explorer Why do the images change? Anyone now? Am i doing something wrong? Any help would be very much appreciated A part of JD&Co web design ------------------------------------------------- "It's not where you take things from - It's where you take them to" -Jean-Luc Godard |

The animated flame .gif appears on mouse over, also sorry about the sizes of the images.

It may be that your image is using PNG alpha transparency at 100%. That would cause it to be transparent in browsers that support transparency and gray in IE. Try re-saving the image in PNG without transparency or in another format to see if that is the problem.

It's hard to tell from the screen shot but it would be the one on top. That is, the one that would hide the others if it were opaque. (if transparency really is the problem in this case)

i tried what you said and no luck.
So i opened them up in paint shop pro and resaved them without transparency. Thanks for your help though A part of JD&Co web design ------------------------------------------------- "It's not where you take things from - It's where you take them to" -Jean-Luc Godard |
