I have published 3 times ok.... then i go to save and it asks me to save the .png files.....so i do... but they wont save in .png format so i save them as jpeg. Then i publish again and this is what i get http://template4.crossgeneration.co.uk/test.html
What is wrong..... is it because i saved as .jpeg?

i had to delete the images and re-insert them.... but what caused this. I personally think that it was a fault exporting to .png

I think you are using imported images, perhaps dragged in from a web page? That's when I have seen the message asking if I want to save the images.

When it did not save -- what exactly happened? Was there an error message? Can you recreate the fault with those same images?

I guess the images your complaint is about are those missing from the buttons? But I see your 'Fire.gif' is also missing. The reason for that, is that the link is wrong -- it is:
http://template4.crossgeneration.co.uk/image/image/Fire.gif but should be (I think!):
http://template4.crossgeneration.co.uk/image/Fire.gif

You have other images sourced from the same folder -- could that be the source of your problem with the page? Excuse the pun Smile

yeh..... when i put a new file destination in i put \ instead of / so it repeated the folder..... it's all fixed. But the images is what i don't understand.
I imported them through the image button.
Also i am currently swithcing hosts so my website is being a bit dodgey too.... Smile
Also need help on making the theme Gothic.... but a little less depressing Razz

oh.....and the complaint wasnt about the missing fire.gif
The images went into little tiny multicoulured lines.... kinda psychodelic.... i fixed the problem and uploaded before you saw the problem.
If i get the problem again i'll make a screenshot

Podge, the screen shot still does show for me -- is it really there?

Also, can you list the steps you took to arrive at the error condition? That would help anyone trying to track down the cause of the problem.

I see the image now, but I am still no wiser Wink

What does it mean, and how did you manage to create it? Exact steps would be nice...
