Hi,
On my site, shulmanwriter.com, I have put images on top of text boxes. This comes out OK in Firefox, but in IE it shifts, so that the images overlap with the text.

You can see this in the right hand column, where I have pics of books that overlap text, and in the main text, where my signature is out of place.

How can I correct this?

Thank you!

Yaacov

This is not a bug.

It appears you are using blank lines to create a space in your text for your images. Because the line height of text can vary between the two browsers, this space will not be the same size.

The best way to fix this is to break your text into sections. Place the top above the image and then place the bottom below the image. This will also allow you to group and position the three objects (text top, image and text bottom) with better precision.

There are other ways to correct the problem using CSS or embedded HTML, but not nearly as easy as using the standard SS tools.
