Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm running a few things that could be impacting my SiteSpinner FTP connection:

NetNanny
AVG Anti-Virus
Windows Firewall

I have disabled all three but still having trouble.

With NetNanny and AVG off and Windows Firewall turned on:

Establishing connection to server: kevingreene.us
Preparing to Connect ...
Connection Established!
Set Remote Path to '/'
Connection made to server: kevingreene.us
Transferring file: /aboutme.html (8386 bytes)
Transferring file: /coaches.html (7461 bytes)
Error: (12031) Creating directory on Web Server: '/' (Why is it trying to do this???)
The connection with the server was reset

I guess i forgot to tell you that the message "The conneftion with the server was reset" this comes up with the 'error 12031'. I'm running in passive mode and I'm on Vista. Tell me exactly what to try because I'm NEW at this, as you can probably tell by now.

Newie,

Try and follow my original posts. Uninstall both NetNanny and SiteSpinner, and re-install SiteSpinner before reinstalling NetNanny. Then make sure SiteSpinnerv2.exe is in your list of Application Overrides in NetNanny's admin tools.
