When I zoomed into a page and opened the Quick Properties Window, it opened with the upper half off screen...Now nothing will bring it down-(tried changing screen resolutions, etc)
Any ideas?

Hi kjk. I've just tried to duplicate this problem without success. Even with huge amounts of zoom, the Quick Editor always comes up fully somewhere in my work area. I might have seen a similar problem in the past and zooming out again fixed it then. I'm using Win XP and SiteSpinner V2.02.

What Windows version are you using? - that may be a factor. Can you recreate the fault? If so, a list of the steps you take would be helpful. If it is a bug, it may be sensitive to types of objects and their positioning on your page.

Is it even stuck if you right-click an object and select 'Quick Properties'?

Ok, I can see the problem. It happens if you have zoomed in (say 3 times) and the top of the SiteSpinner window is near the top of the screen AND the work window has been scrolled down when you right-click an object to select 'Quick Properties'. The more you have scrolled down, the higher it goes. Horizontal scrolling has a similar problem.

That is obviously a bug. One way around it is to place the Quick Properties editor somewhere accessible (unzoom, right-click an object and select 'Quick Properties') and then when back in zoom mode, do not right-click, but rather press the quick editor button in the toobar (or press ALT+Q). That will always bring up the editor in the last used screen position.

Restarting SiteSpinner didn't fix the problem, but restarting my machine did for some reason.

I actually rarely use the Quick Properties box...but (and maybe this is another issue) when I select Text and right-click "Create Link", usually I get the Link Editor Dialog Box..but occasionally the entire Quick Properties box shows up, which was off course off screen.

Bumb and Hi

I'm a new user of SS and I got exactly the same problem after using SS for only about 20 minutes. Now my project is in ice as I can't bring the Quick Properties Windows back. I can see a small corner of the window in the upper right hand corner of my screen. I have reinstalled and rebooted. But nothing seems to help. I guess there is no such thing as Cascade windows or so in SS. Is there anything I could try?
