Two things:
1) I've noticed every time I decided to cancel a Publish process, it returns to a blank screen, and I have to quit/restart WE2 to resume. 2) More of a feature request than a bug, but the publish mechanism does not have a "intelligent replace". It uploads everything, including images. I have a large website, and even if I just change one letter on one text box, the publish process will upload every bitmap on that page as well - and some of them are large - seems wasteful? SHould an incremental update can be included - at the very least a file size compare in the FTP process? thanks |

Until #2 can be implemented, you can publish locally to disk, then use a separate FTP program to upload just the pieces you want.
