I have experience the not saved files again.
Here is the sequence. Open the site. Add some image file with links. Add page definition for Titles, Description and Keywords. Setup Publishing information for FTP. Saved all the changes using the menu File/Save. Connect to site and publish. Closed IMS Web Spinner. Checked site online. Found error and reopened IMS Web Spinner. Opened site. Changes not there. In fact changes from yesterday were gone and the most recent saved file was from the 15th even though I made changes on the 16th and 17th. Please help with this unannounced feature. Becoming major pain in the #$%^&. Regards, Michael Wilson |

Hi Michael,
When you publish to your website your software should automaticaly upload the latest IMS file along with your other files. The software does this to ensure you have a back up. Can you provide us with the URL to your site and the name of your IMS file. - Derry |

I checked the website and you were correct. I pulled the backup file back and saved it as v3. The site was complete. I really appreciate your effort on this particular feature. Many praises!

Hi Michael,
If this happens again, can you keep a copy of the file that is missing your changes and send it, as well as the back-up from your server to us so we can see what the problem is. - Derry |
