When cutting a permanent group from one page to another, then ungrouping, SiteSpinner V2.50f can crash. This is a very similar bug to the one reported here.

I tested this on two different Win XP computers, one running SP1, the other running SP2. Both crash in a similar fashion.
To create:
  • Start a fresh project
  • Place two default rectangles on the page (mine are side by side)
  • Select both rectangles (temporary group)
  • Make the group permanent (icon on bottom toolbar)
  • Right click and select 'Cut'
  • Create page2 by clicking on the 'Append New Page' button on the top toolbar
  • Right click on page2 and select 'Paste'
  • Ungroup the two rectangles (icon on bottom toolbar)
  • Click on one rectangle and drag it a few pixels
  • Click on the other rectangle and drag it a few pixels
  • Click on the page outside both rectangles
  • Repeat above three steps

Consistently SS will crash for me by about the fourth loop. The crash message (same as before) says:
The instruction at "0x00481660" referenced memory at "0x000080ac". The memory could not be "read".
Click the OK button, then there is a second crash message:
The instruction at "0x73dd1351" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read".

Hope someone else can also create this.

Update: also happens if you cut and paste to the same page -- i.e. a one page project.
