I am sooo new you can't believe it but I've got like 280 error messges that list the 'error 12031' message. i have the passive mode on. Now what to do?

Did you also try passive mode off?
Other things that might cause this error are firewalls, virus checkers, ad blockers and the like. Try disabling those temporarily. |
