Onether issue that it's old to me but not less important is te following:
when you open the quick editor to put a link on an object it shows the initial value of www. that does not interfere with anything, but when you change your mind and you don't want any link any longer the www. stays there but interferes with html showing there is a broken link to search engines. I know (now) that i have to cancel the www. also not to show in HTML, but at the beginning was a problem as it could be to anybody using this software for first time. |

I got the point of this reading Brucee site.
One day i'm going to finish reading it and than let's see if i'm going to remember all there is inside. It just surprise me the poor way of avoiding it (check box). Why, instead, can't be set a default on blank? at least you know that at the beginning there was nothing and if you want cancel the link you just make it blank!!! again. The problem comes because when you open the object editor it is set by default on www. BTW quick object editor does not have the enable link when published |
