There doesn't seem to a wrap fuction for the tool bars. I normally use a 800X600 screen size for site development - when I increase the display size to 1024X768 I do get the full toolbar on one line.

The toolbar bars will only wrap automatically if you make the main window smaller than the left side of a particular toolbar.

But ... if you click and hold the litte bar on the left edge, you can drag the toolbars to any place you want. You can drop them on the edges where they will dock or you can just have them float. (holding down the CTRL key prevents them from docking) You can also change the shape of a floating tollbar by dragging the edge like you would to size a window.

Does that answer your question or did I misunderstand?

Ok - I know how to move and dock the assorted bars - I was just hoping that they would automatically "wrap" so that a toolbar fully visable in a screen size (such as 1024 x 768) would wrap when the screen size was "enlarged" to 800 X 600.
