I see that the mouse-over has been fixed for 1.99T... but is the Hide while loading working correctly? Confused

hmmm, we didn't make any changes to the mouse-over effects. They are working, unless you have found something. There is an issue in terms of the 'usability' of the 'Trigger' dialogue that we are looking into, but the functionality should be OK?

Oh...so the mouse over was not working in 1.99S...but it is in 1.99T..however, not when published which is why I question the Hide when loading etc .... Smile What do you mean by functionality?

Hi AndyP,

No, the mouse-over is, and was working. What we are looking into is making the Trigger functionality a bit easier to use.

Are you having a problem with the mouse-over effects?

Yes & No.

I can create the mouse over effect on two sites which both work in Preview..however one doesnt work on the net.

The easiest way to see this is to go to:

www.apeters.co.uk/MouseTest.html where the effect works and stripped down version of the following page has been created:

www.ridingportugal.com/home.html where the same mouse effect does not work.

Both effects have been costructed exactly the same.

However, by looking at the script error on the "riding" site it looks like I will have to rebuild that page Frown and perhaps the mouse over will then work.

This is fault in the page is gave me the impression that the mouse over wasnt working where as perhaps it looks like something else is wrong with the page causing the effect not to work.

Incidentally I can create the effect in www.streamlinetaxis202020.com/profile.html

Ho hum...Hope the weather changes soon so I can get out a bit more

I would say that if you can create it in one place but you are having difficulty in another it may be due to how the page is being published, and whether it needs the .js file.

Try publishing the offending page and setting the Publish Format to HTML with Effects.

Don't anticipate the weather will change much for the next while so we may get this resolved. Wink

No ...that doesnt make any difference... what I will do is delete the page and rebuild it from scratch ...shouldnt take too long to do.

Is it just one of those things?
