HelloSmile people i'm having this problem last night and today working with ss i encountered this problem when i normaly make in example a rectangle i can make it any size i want and also size it very gently to the size i want but now i'm restricted to let's say when you go from 300 to 400 when looking at the top toolbar you normaly place the line anywhere you want between those values but now i can only place a line on every tenth between those values and not just those values but in general.

for example...
300 400
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |

The thing is i can only place a line on this | position meaning on the millimeters so to speak between and it jumps from millimeter to millimeter and normaly you can slide it gently anywhere you want, so you can understand that precision work is not possible.

What can i do about this and what is this?
I was thinking about reinstalling ss but maybe there are other options and i thought this could be a usefull report for the makers of ss.

thanks in advance guysSmile

Sounds like you have "Snap to Grid" enabled. Go to Options > Guide/Display Options... and unselect "Enable Snap Grid".

Even with snap-to-grid on, you should still be able to nudge objects in one-pixel increments with the arrow keys on your keyboard -- cursor control area or numeric keypad.
