Is it possible to make a slideshow with SSP?

I know that there is this subject in the tutorial, but I am not 100% sure that it takes me to the correct section.

Or would it be easier to get hold of another program to create it and then just insert it as an image.

Just a edit...
Slide show is probably not the best way to describe what I want, as I would like the image to change without any human intervention.

TIA.

Hi KB,

Slide Show covers an extremely large area. SS itself does not have a slide show facility.

This topic has had numerous threads on this forum, and a search will bring up many previous posts. One of the most recent can be found here

There are far too many options to do what you want to mention here, but I’m sure a Google search will bring up many other programs you could use, some free.

Thanks for the reply.

I did do a search on the subject, but could not really find what I was looking for.

Like I said in my edit, slide show does not really describe what I want to do. It is more like Adobe flash where different images are rotated in a sequence.

As Terry mentioned there are quite many different options available. A good place to start is Bruce's site here. Dynamic Drive have also several javascript options. The third alternative is to use flash. You'll find many different alternatives. One I use is FlashSlideshowMaker.
