So,... the problem seems to be in the on load event which has to be multiple since different functions have to be called.
How do i add (easy) the onload event within the body tag in SSpro? Is it going to be another Waterloo? Thanks |

I red some old posts and i placed the on load in custom headers instead of body (Larry).
Still the ball and java produced by VM does not work. Am i fighting against the wind? I mean, can a VM onload event be mixed with others or my attemps are for nothing? |

I made it. thanks VM for your prompt help.
Can you help me also in telling me how can i reach with sspro the same thing i have done on the on load event? |

Hi newer,
It looks like you have a solution to your onload question (i.e. adding both functions to the onload call) but for the rotaing balls I have a way that will work better for you. If you use 'offset' instead of 'delay' to separate the balls you will solve both problems. The balls are spaced by percentage so their is no timing issue between them and, because there is no delay, the balls are always moving (i.e. no stationary balls to be in the wrong place). To use 'offset' you must switch the action timing to 'timed in seconds'. Set the duration to '0' for infinite time. You can see an example here. The example project is here. By the way, you might want to try rendering the balls on your page with a transparent background to reduce the 'boxed' effect when they move over the background images. As Bruce mentioned we are looking into, and will fix, the problem you reported. I hope that helps a bit. |

Sure it helps and more than a bit. the solution is very simple a most of it done bySSpro. Yes, animation is still off place in other screen resolutions. I guess the onload call has no solution than editing manually!? Correct? Thanks a lot. one out of three as a basket-ball player would not have been enough to play NBA. I 'm patient i wiil wait for you to score the other 2. |

>> it helps and more than a bit
Glad to hear that. >>animation is still off place in other screen resolutions. I don't see that. Is the balls example above out of place in other resolutions? Which ones? >>the onload call has no solution than editing manually Yes, that is correct. I think it would be a good thing to add though. BTW Thanks Bruceee for all the work you did on this. |

i see that your project has a screen resolution 800*600 wich is not mine that is set to 1280 * 1024.
can you show a sample with a project set to that screen resolution? Or the problem in my project is somewhere else? Thanks Brucee as well. |

Are you using the Path's ellipse? a regular ellipse doesn't work (as per your original problem).
If you are, does the ball's example project work for you? Does it still work if you change screen resolutions? |

Your example is fine and works fine. As per my original problem paths where working fine, but since couple of days ago i'm not able to draw an ellipse path that is the reason i switch to a regular ellipse object. Path editor at the moment really works in very bizarre way meaning: 1)if i draw a path ellipse i'm not able to select anything else on work page 2)single mouse click becomes a double click (This bizarre symptoms appear also using the vertex editor) All the weird acting has been solved using the right mouse click to select ellipse-path (which is probably the same procedure i was using more than couple of days ago). Obviously leaves the misleading path editor problem now. I don't have time now to test the path as soon i'm done i'll let you know. This message has been edited. Last edited by: newer, |

OK. I have to admit that you r ready almost for NBA (one step) score 2 out of 3.
Thanks lot. |

in This linkthe offset problem in a different screen resolution comes back in other manners. Unfortunately i don't have hints from previous posts that help me solving it. For sure they are not so great and i can take them out (breathing objects), but better to have a solution. Thanks.

Can you describe the problem more fully? I viewed your page with Firefox and don't see an offset problem with any of the animations.
I suggest you make your breathing objects in gif format -- this will give a transparent background to those objects which should look better. |

HI Bruceee.
Change screen resolution on 1280x1024. The berathing objects will be displaced. Thank you for hints about gif, i could not do any better of that. |

I see it now, very obvious at the higher screen resolution. Unfortunately for workarounds, I can't suggest anything other than what I suggested before:
1. Make a permanent group -- maybe this animation will work! Or 2. Put the whole animation in an i-frame. If Harpo from VM) is reading this, the Tutorial on the Action Editor (Breathe example at the top of the page) shows the same problem if you turn page centering on. Lets hope the final fix for this problem is the same as the one for your previous problem. |

I'll take them off.
We will see if Michael Jordan comes back. Thanks a lot Bruceee. |
