i see alot of really good slideshows out there on webpages dispalying great images, mostly on photography websites. they must be flash or java or something. does anyone know any good software out there i could purchase to incororate into sitespinner. i dont have much knowledge of designing my own java slideshows so it would have to be pretty straightforward lol. i have a wedding photography website and i really want to showcase my work the best as i can. many thanks.
this is what im currently doing, as much as its ok i'd rather have an automated one with my best work with fade transitions etc.
Hi jjmucker, When I started to use SS I've built a slideshow using only SS, later on I tried several javascripts to make a slideshow but finally I use flash slideshows. There are several available like amara, coffeeecup and Flash Slideshow Maker. Personally I've desided for the last one, all are quite easy to use and incorporate into SS. My suggestion is, try those, and others you find out about (they all have trials) and make your pick after that.
I went to Bruceee's SS idiot guide for mine. It's pretty easy, and there's lot's of things you can do with it. Best thing is you don't need any other software. Once again, hats off to Bruceee!

I searched so many slideshow products, then finally settled for the industry leader and made that purchase. Most photo clubs use Pro Show Gold for their presentations, so I did the trial and was impressed at first use. Like Site Spinner, there is an automatic good feeling when you first try it out. You can make Flash Shows, HTML shows, and Screen Savers. It allows you to email a slideshow and all of them have fantastic transition set ups. Plus you can easily add music. The link is Pro Show Gold
I just used monoslideshow at www.virtualmechanics.com for $20.00USD. It has a number of nice effects, a lot of flexibility and, despite poor instructions, wasn't too bad to get working.
