problem solved with hosting and svg, thanks again to harpo. today is firefox turn wich does not show in background page, a picture, that is there, see same page with explorer. explorer does not show a shading picture (used as an object in action editor) but firefox does. so in order to obtain same result, i'm using for dog and shell pictures, a solid colour (square) in shading action. the question is : does a picture react same way as a solid colour in action editor?
Your page looks good in the Opera9 browser. It looks like Firefox has only partial SVG support, and IE has none unless you get a plug-in. And the standard Adobe SVG plug-in only works in XP not Vista.
Is it wise to develop SVG pages? If browsers are not going to support it, and Adobe has announced its SVG plug-in will end in 2009, it looks like SVG will take its place along side VRML.
WebEngine (and SS Pro) provide for DHTML animation and there are 3rd party tools that use javascript animation.
There are also several simple flash-based tools that you can use for animation. I've been playing lately with SWFTools and it seems to be an easy way to get some simple animations running quickly.
