Forgot, .....this is not about Easter. Rather Easter has led to an experiment with contour drawing.

Hi all,

This is more or less, in the sense it was originally intended, a dead link

So how about some lose links.

(a) Bruceee, if you want yet another biased, but a rather interesting sort of bias, survey on who is using what for computer connections, download and hook-up to Limewire on a Friday night. I would suspect something akin to a Gaussian Curve with cable modem in the middle and the peak with a cornice leaning toward 56 K. There are, depending on category, a surprising number of T1 and T3 users.

A subject which was never addressed was the issue of the client and the market he is aiming at. Me?? When I finally get untracked, I am going high-end all the way. In othere words I am deliberately training (i.e. trying to develop the skills) towards eventually catering to a niche that travels to New Zealand for the winter. (An absolutely fascinating country geographically given is size.).

(b) The School Athens is another of my ambitions. But the specifics aren't important. What I want to know and see is just exactly how far can you push SVG or SVG + JPG in the artistic arena. It never ceases to amaze me that I can look through a four foot (1.5 meter) window while standing ten feet from it and yet observe a 60 foot tall building 5 blocks away.

Cheers,
