These are two pages of a site I'm building. All of the headings are objects that are included on all pages. Originally, in the project the upper rectangle was aligned to the top of the page so there wasn't any background shown. However, when viewing the contact page, there would be background showing above the upper rectangle, even though this object was used on all pages in the project and all the other pages it appeared fine. I reduced the vertical size thinking that would possibly fix it, but if you compare the two pages, you'll notice that there is a shift in the contact page, which "shouldn't" be there. Any idea what I'm doing wrong here?

Thanks in advance.

I’m not real sure of your problem here.

I have opened both of your pages in separate tabs, and clicked each tab in quick succession. I do not see any movement of any object.

I didn’t bother checking your source code, as I can’t define your problem. The reason for that is, that you haven’t uploaded your objects and/or images.

All I see is a default gray page background, and all of your objects displayed as place holders.

mprice, are you using Firefox? postyr, are you using IE?

The offset is a Firefox & SS quirk when forms are used on a page. Try adding the following code in your page's custom header:
<style type="text/css">
#OformX { position: absolute; }
</style>
where formX is the object name of your form (make sure you use the "O" prefix).

Thanks again larryd. I'm using Firefox and that code fixed it. Wonder how long that would have taken to figure out on my own? Probably till eternity.

Pretty obscure, that one! Would the SSPro folks here take this on board and automatically add that code to every page containing a form, with some JavaScript to detect Firefox?
