When you contact us make sure you are set up to receive a reply. If you have contacted us and not received a reply it is because it has either bounced back to us as undeliverable or landed in your junk email. All emails are answered within 24 hours.

I know that registered users can make initial contact via the form on this page. Unregistered users can get support via these forums. Registered users might find the forums quicker too if it is middle of the night in Canada -- the folks at VM sometimes sleep. And the end of the Canadian day is just the start of mine

What about things like (rare!) bug reports where there are attachments -- is there an "official" email address registered and unregistered user can send those to?

No official email address - it depends on the context.

Registered users use the User Forum or the support contact page ( http://www.virtualmechanics.com/support/contact.html ). If there is something else, such as an attachment, we'll direct which email address to send it to.
