Greetings- I am working on a new web site. I would like to use a picture as Tiled as BG image.
Now, how can I make a static BG with scrolling page on it, instead of page and BG scroll down together?

Example (the way I like): http://www.icepower.net/en/ (BG picture always static, but the white page block scrolls)

Any suggestion?

Never mind! I figured out how to do it. Which is at the "Page Editor" by checking No scroll background option.
