First thanks to Larryd and Bruceee for your helpful responses to my previous question.
I havent implemented those suggestions yet as Im rethinking the whole look of the project and will probably start from sratch.

What suddenly happened that has me head scratching is that when I go to my online site OR preview a page from sitespinner the size of the displayed page in the browser is now bigger than it is in Sitespinner. ie: My menu list in Sitespinner is 2 inches high and in the browser its now 2 1/2 inches high! It used to be the same. When I check on two other computers (a laptop and a MAC) the online site is correct at 2". So this seems to be a problem with my browser.(IE v8) But I didnt change anything so Im really stumped. thanks.,

Have you set some zoom factor in IE8? That's happened before to others.

that was it! thanks much. I love those simple fixes. dont know how it got changed, I didnt know it had a zoom, I just upgraded to IE8 and I dont think the earlier version had it, or else I missed it there too. Blows me away .
