I have one page in my web site where the text in the text object does not show in preview. Its just started happening. Its not underlying or overlying anything and I can see it correctly in the 'Display code' I have tried putting it in another position but still the same. No it is not white text ! Any ideas ?

You have come up with a good one.

I have never experienced that problem (excepting overlaying objects, which you say you don’t have).

If the text object is within a “group”, the rendering could be a problem.

If it is a stand alone text object, it may help if you could upload one of the offending pages to a test site, and let someone on the forum take a look for you.

Hi Terry

Seeing as it's you. You may understand this. It seems to be associated with Highslide. Whereever I position this text object it appears within the Highslide code. Can you have a look.......... High slide is working brilliantly but Obj.777 is locked in its grip. Any ideas Valerie

Thanks for your confidence in me (although probably unwarranted).

At first quick glance, I can’t see any errors. Am off to bed now and will scrutinize it in the morning.

Cheers,
Terry

Hi Terry

Have been playing around with it. I deleted the Highslide image and replaced it slightly lower down. OK now and the link on it is working. it must have overlayed the text box. The code looks in the right order now.

Thanks - Valerie
