Hello,
I am having a password problem with IE 7 only.
The password page works great in IE 6. Is there a fix for this?

You may be falling foul of the improved security in IE7.

I would use one like that in "Password protecting a page" in the "Using Forms" tutorial under Help > Tutorials. In my view, this is a much more robust and better looking one -- and should work with IE7 too.

Thanks for the new direction to help improve
IE 7.

I have gone through the Tutorial on Password
protecting a page and I am struggling with the
URL (action) Javascript.I am new to code, SS makes it so easy for those of us just starting. Is the password entered in the hidden values? Do you replace the word location with the newpage name?or is it href?

javascript:location.newpagename=formpass.pass.password+'.html'

never mind the last post. I got it. I was making it harder than it was.

And yes, it works in IE 7.
