I am a new user of Web Engine 2 and need to post a video player on my web page. Is this possible through this program and if so, can you give me basic instructions to do so.

Have you seen the "Foreign Objects" tutorial under Help > Tutorials?

An even simpler way is to make a direct [file] type link to the video file -- see the "Making Links" tutorial.

There have been discussions here previously on the best video format -- use the Find button at the top of this page.

Both can be easily used with SiteSpinner.
If bandwidth is a concern, you could consider posting it on YouTube, and embedding the video in your page.
