I would like to be able to work on my site from my lap top in my office or at a clients house. I know how to get the pages up to my domain, but I can't find any way to download them to my machine to edit them. I want to be able to pull it down from my site, work on it and then reupload it. I'm not always at my main frame computer where the original site is stored. Do I need to just copy the files to a flash drive and save to my lap top? Do I need a separate ftp client like cute ftp or something to that effect to accomplish this?

Actually you can do it both ways. You can copy your .ims project and the necessary files to a flash drive or you can use a FTP client, whichever you prefer. Don't forget to update your project on the "main" computer after making changes.
