For some reason when I preview and/or publish my page, some objects are not in the same location in the preview/publish as they are in the project. Some objects, but not all, appear half way down the page from where they are in the project. How can I fix this?

See if you have enabled the vertical relative position button for those objects. Another possibility is if you have added any code to your page that may be improperly written or contains errors.
