Ok I managed to load it on trial. The site is
www.ihostvm.com/trialsite261375. Let me know what you think or if I need changes. Also how do you do multiple pages within a page. There will be a lot of authors placing their books on my site and instead of having one veeeerrryy long page, I want to have mulitple pages within the page. Like page 1, page2, page 3 etc.

Looks fine to me, congratulations. I am not sure what you mean by 'multiple pages within a page'. If it's a question of creating multiple pages within a project you can click on the icon with the green cross (top toolbar) or select from the menu Page > Add New Page. Your links are pointing to a number of different pages. If you have created those pages in your project you need to upload all pages to the server in order to be able to view them. This section in the Tutorials goes through the process step by step.

I guess I can figure out how to add more pages to the main page. I have an idea on how to add more pages as I go along. So you couldn't see all of the links on my site?

It seems that you've uploaded only the index page to the trial site. When i click on your links I get error 404, page not found. If you want to upload all your pages then open SS Publisher > Publish Project > Pages tab and check 'Export all pages'. If you add a new page and all the pages you've uploaded earlier are unchanged you under the same tab check 'Export current page'.
