I have just started at this. I am using Dwarf and off the top I must admit that it is really user friendly, and i am amazed at what i was able to achieve in such a short time.
When I preview the page I developed, everything works terrifically including all the links.
when I publish to my personal webspace with my ISP links do not work. The embedded JPG s show up no problem but my links to other JPG do not.
Any suggestions?

You need to be sure that any jpg files you are linking to have been uploaded to your webhost. If they were not placed in any of your pages and then you used the built-in FTP function to Publish your site, then they would not have been uploaded.

You have a couple of options. The easiest is to simply create a page and embed all the jpg images you want into it. That way, if you use the 'Gather' function in the Publisher when you Publish your site the images will be uploaded. You can then delete the page.
